Jailbreaking an iPhone has come a long way since the time when it took 74 steps to open your iPhone into a whole new world of possibilities.
Fresh from the oven, a group of developers came out with a one-click jailbreak which you can download from here. What is so good about this? Firstly, it's the first jailbreak since Apple released iOS6 and also the first jailbreak for iPhone 5 users. Secondly, the jailbreaking process is fuss free even for the "technically-challenged" folks.
And here are some of the sources and tweaks I'm recommending from Cydia.

http://sinfuliphonerepo.comTweak #1: Winterboard
Winterboard is a must-have because it is needed to theme your phone. Alternatively, you could use Dreamboard but I personally feel that Dreamboard slows down the device significantly.
Tweak #2: SBSettings
Another must-have. It adds WiFi, bluetooth and other toggles to your notification center which makes it much more convenient for you to change the settings instead of going out of the way to fire up the Settings app. Download Airplane SBSettings Toggle to add the Airplane mode functionality to SBSettings!
Tweak #3: Zephyr
This app allows you to use the swipe up gesture to activate the multitask instead double-tapping the home button. Exceptionally useful as there are no extra buttons as compared to the soft button which can be activated in the stock OS.
Tweak #4: SwipeSelection
Shifting the cursor around while typing have never been this easy with SwipeSelection. You just need to swipe left or right on the onscreen keyboard to move the typing cursor left or right instead of meddling with the pixel points with your big finger.
Tweak #5: %hook's law
This bewildering tweak actually speeds up the animation in between your window transition, giving you the impression that the device is performing much faster.
The developers have amazed me time and again with their jailbreaking breakthroughs. Hopefully, they will continue in what they are doing so we can have an iOS environment where we can personalize.
